This project gets a mention in the branding section, so we are going to make a rash judgment call that you have already stumbled upon this.
The signage project was large and involved the creation of 5 large signs, 4 of which were A1 in size, and one, at the trailhead, was a triple panel. Each sign required a good deal of research and collation of images, some of which were commissioned for the project.
Numerous maps have also been created for the entire route, with each section shown in more detail.
Large road signs have been erected along the 16 km route to complement the information panels and waymarkers.
The Arthur's Way project followed on from a previous initiative in Leixlip town to rename a square in Arthur's honour. The fingerposts below are part of that earlier project.
